who : Gianluca Antoniella born in Orvieto
Was assistant Maitre d'hotel at Palazzo Sasso in Ravello and Food & Beverage manager at the hotel San Pietro in Positano achieving the Michelin star in the 2001. Gianluca values his early training and courses with the Virgin group in the UK where he refined his English and attended courses in Marketing and Sales and Food and Beverage
And his partner Velia De Angelis
born in Orvieto, and also trained in the UK with the Virgin Hotel Company - sales, marketing and public relations and Conference and Banquets department of Virgin Hotels while spending many hours in the kitchen of a secret restaurant fulfilling her passion for cooking.
After Velia graduated from the University of Derby, she decided to return to Italy with the Virgin Company for the launch and opening of Palazzo Sasso one of the most beautiful and luxury hotel on the Amalfi Coast.
In 2001 she opened her first cooking school in Montepertuso/Positano. She has worked as a consultant to small firms and a large wine company, always searching for the best raw materials, and has been able to develop relationships with a diverse group of people with different backgrounds. She currently runs her own cooking school in Monterubiaglio near Orvieto
